The variables

How the sun becomes
a lower bill

Solar isn't magic, it's a circuit. Select a stage below to see what it actually does — most of what people find confusing about solar is just unfamiliar vocabulary for an otherwise simple loop.

Sunlight

Photons hit the panel surface. More direct sun means more energy — but panels still generate on cloudy days, just at a reduced rate. Sydney gets enough usable sun year-round to make solar worthwhile in almost every case.

The solution

Three ways we solve it

Every install starts with your usage data, not a standard package. These are the building blocks we combine to fit it.

01

Residential solar

Rooftop systems sized to your household's actual draw, not a generic package.

  • Free site assessment
  • Tier-1 panels, 25-yr warranty
  • Real-time monitoring app
02

Commercial & industrial

Larger arrays and load analysis for businesses that run on tighter margins.

  • Load-profile modelling
  • Minimal-disruption install
  • ROI & depreciation reporting
03

Battery & storage

Store what you generate during the day so you're not buying it back at night.

  • Blackout backup circuits
  • Time-of-use optimisation
  • EV charger integration
The method

From first call to
first kilowatt

This is a genuine sequence — each step depends on the one before it. Most customers go from enquiry to a switched-on system in four to six weeks.

01

Assessment

We analyse your bills, roof orientation and shading using satellite data and a site visit.

02

Design & quote

A system sized to your usage, with a fixed price — no vague "from" figures.

03

Approvals

We handle council, grid-connection and rebate paperwork on your behalf.

04

Installation

Licensed electricians install and test the system, typically within one day.

05

Activation & monitoring

System goes live, and you get app access to watch generation and savings in real time.

The proof

Numbers, not slogans

We'd rather show our working than make claims we can't back up on your next bill.

"They sized the system to what we actually use, not what fit their van that week. Bill dropped by 80% the first month."

Common variables

Questions people
actually ask

If yours isn't here, the quote form below reaches a person, not a queue.

Do I need battery storage, or just panels?
Not necessarily. If you're mostly home and using power during the day, panels alone can offset most of your bill. Battery storage matters more if you're out during daylight hours and using power at night — we'll model your specific usage before recommending one.
What happens on a cloudy day, or at night?
Panels still generate on overcast days, just at reduced output. At night, or when you use more than the panels produce, you draw from the grid as normal — or from a battery if you have one installed.
How much does an install actually cost?
It depends on system size, roof complexity and your existing switchboard. We give a fixed, itemised quote after the site assessment — not a "starting from" number designed to get you on the phone.
What if I generate more than I use?
Excess power is exported to the grid, and most retailers credit you for it under a feed-in tariff. We'll walk you through which tariff applies to your address during the assessment.
Do you handle rebates and paperwork?
Yes — council approval, grid-connection applications and any relevant government rebate paperwork are handled as part of the install, not as an add-on.
